Summoning and Caring for Familiars

Summoning and Caring for Familiars is a player and gamemaster tool for creating animal familiars for magically-inclined player characters in game systems powered by the apocalypse like Monster of the Week and can be adapted to other game systems.

The six page PDF contains random tables for choosing or generating

• powers
• negative and positive traits
• fears
• moves (and elemental types if applicable)
• summoning conditions (offerings, time of day, location, etc)

It also contains a familiar character sheet, 6 moves, suggestions for the GM on how to incorporate the familiar into the game (mechanically and narratively), and 13 illustrations of potential animal forms your familiar might take!
